Privacy Policy

Özel Ders Kasası (the “App”) helps private tutors keep track of their lessons and payments. We care about your privacy. This policy explains what data we process and your rights.

1. Data we collect

• Account identifier: When you first open the App, an anonymous account tied to your device is created without asking for any credentials. You do not need to share personal information such as your name, email, or phone number with us.
• Content you enter: The student names and (optionally) phone numbers you add, lesson and payment amounts, dates, notes, and the default lesson fee. You create this data and can delete it at any time.
• Technical logs: Limited technical logs are kept for a short period to keep the service secure and to troubleshoot issues.

The App does not use advertising networks, third-party tracking/analytics SDKs, or access device data such as location, contacts, or photos.

2. How we use data

• To store your records and show them to you (students, lessons, payments, summaries, and reports),
• To operate the service, keep it secure, and resolve issues.

We do not use your data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.

3. Retention

Your data is stored securely. We keep it as long as your account is active and for as long as necessary to provide the service.

4. Third-party services

Subscription purchases, once available, are processed through the Apple App Store and Apple’s privacy terms apply. We do not see or store your payment details.

5. Deleting your data

You can delete all of your student, lesson, and payment records at any time from within the App: Settings → Data & Privacy → “Hesabımı sil” (Delete account). This action is irreversible and permanently removes your data. For any other request, you can write to support@bcodeapp.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

6. Children’s privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from this age group.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data. You can contact us to exercise these rights.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. For significant changes we update the effective date; the current version is always available on this page.
