By using the Özel Ders Kasası app (the “App”), you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.

1. Service

The App is a tool for private tutors to record and track their students, lessons, and payments. It is not an accounting, tax, or legal advisory service.

2. Account

On first launch, the App creates an anonymous account tied to your device. The security of your records depends on this device/account. Keep this in mind when sharing your device with others.

3. Subscriptions and payments

  • After a certain free-use/trial period, the App may offer a paid subscription.
  • Subscriptions, once available, are processed through the Apple App Store; purchase, renewal, and cancellation are handled through your Apple account.
  • A subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage renewal from your App Store account settings.
  • Current prices are shown within the App.

4. Your responsibility

You are responsible for all content you enter into the App (student information, amounts, notes). You confirm that you have the necessary permissions when adding information belonging to third parties. You may not use the App for any unlawful purpose.

5. Data

You can delete your data at any time from within the App (Settings → “Hesabımı sil” / Delete account). For details on how your data is processed, see the Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimer of warranty

The App is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. It is your responsibility to back up your records and verify their accuracy.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.

8. Termination

We may restrict your access if you violate these terms. You may stop using the App and delete your data at any time.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always published on this page; for significant changes we update the effective date.
